Project Update:
Core Areas:
1) Google Docs, all staff and students 7-12: live by start of school 2010
trained, #using at episodic, regular and always use,
2) Student ownership and use of WiFi equipment in school: live by start of school year, grades 7-12
(How to recruit, train teachers, perceptions (family, student, teacher))
3) Staff PD late spring, summer and fall: underway (PP grant for stipends)
4) PLN development (expanding traditional views of PLC and CoP's) Approval of clock hours granted for participation in PLN's, i.e. 2:1 for PLN:traditional f2f or conference training.
5) Moodle growth 7-12
(comparative analysis between identical courses using common assessment between classes that use moodle and those that do not - maybe junior high math and HS). Participation by teachers TxCxS T=teachers, C=courses, S=semesters
6) Elementary: some moodle, other like tool to support blended learning opportunities for elem
